Booking Your Appointment

Appointments are booked online by visiting our booking page, where you can choose an appointment date and time and make payment.

All circumcisions are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. You do not require a referral from your own doctor to book an appointment.

Information required to book your appointment

• Your baby’s name. If you have not decided on a name, use “Baby” as the first name and the parent’s surname.
• Your baby’s OHIP number. This information is provided to the onsite pharmacy because some aftercare supplies may be covered by OHIP+.
• Your baby’s date of birth.
• A parent’s home address, for the official receipt provided when you check in at the office.
• A parent’s valid cell phone number.
• A parent’s email address.

Appointments and availability

Circumcision appointments are generally available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:35 p.m. We are closed on statutory holidays and on any other days when the doctor is unavailable.

Fees and payment

The cost of the procedure is $375.00.

You will be prompted to enter payment information through the booking portal. We do not see your credit card information. Credit card transactions are processed securely by Stripe or Square. The payment portal accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Visa Debit cards are not accepted. Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary by device. We do not accept cash payments.

Arrival, lateness and cancellations

Your baby’s appointment time is reserved specifically for him. The clinic is very busy, and to help us run on time for everyone, please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time. Please anticipate increased traffic volumes in and around the GTA and allow ample travel time.

Arriving late may result in cancellation of the appointment, with no refund. You may be offered another date and time, but a full second appointment fee will apply. If you do not attend a booked appointment and wish to rebook, the full fee applies again.

If your baby is ill and there is a valid medical reason not to proceed on the booked day, call our office at (416) 661-0004 as soon as possible and speak with our staff for rebooking guidance. In these cases, there will be no second charge.

Clinical discretion and refunds

Dr. Greenberg reserves the right not to perform the circumcision at his discretion. In these cases, you will receive a full refund using the same payment method originally used. Please allow 7–14 days for the card issuer or payment facility to process the refund.

Eligibility

Our services are only available to children or wards of Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or bona fide refugee claimants.

Aftercare supplies

The $375.00 procedure fee does not include aftercare supplies, which may be purchased separately at the onsite Northside Pharmacy.

Governing Law

The resolution of any and all disputes arising from or in connection with you and our clinic and/or Dr. Greenberg shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
