Once your appointment is booked and payment is received, it is a firm commitment.
Procedure fees are non-refundable once an appointment has been booked and paid for. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrival may result in cancellation without a refund, and a new appointment would require a new payment.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. The clinic may be unable to accommodate changes requested close to the appointment time.
Payment confirms the selected appointment time. The clinic may need to contact you if a scheduling adjustment is required.
