About Dr. Mark Greenberg

Dr. Mark Greenberg has been in full-time Family Practice since 1990, He is certified in Family Medicine by the College of Family Physicians of Canada. He has been performing infant circumcision as a regular part of his practice since 2001. Dr. Greenberg has extensive experience working in the Emergency and Operating Rooms. He has served as Chief of the Department of Family Medicine at the York Finch General Hospital (now Hennick Humber River Hospital). Currently he is Consulting Staff at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Departments of Psychiatry and Family Medicine, where he was the Clinical Director/Lead Physician of Addiction Medicine from 2019-2023. He continues to teach Addiction Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Toronto and advise the government of Ontario on issues dealing with the treatment of individuals with Substance Use Disorder. He is a certified Mohel by the Vaad Harabonim (Orthodox Board of Rabbis) Toronto and the Rabbinical Assembly (Conservative) of Ontario.

His hobbies include waterskiing, boxing and playing pickeball.
